Booth Details & Pricing

Exhibit spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and we anticipate high demand, so be sure to secure your spot early! Click on the map to view a larger image.

  • Standard Booth Space: $4,000
  • Premium Booth Space: $4,500 (highlighted on the map)

Booth Dimensions

Each single booth is 8′ x 10′.

Please note the varying sizes for double booths:

  • 16′ x 10′ or 20′ x 8′
  • Dimensions are clearly indicated on the map. Ensure that the booth(s) you select accommodate your exhibits, as our on-site exhibitor services team will enforce these specified dimensions.

Booth Inclusions

Each 8′ x 10′ booth includes:

  • (2) Attendee passes that have access to all meals and sessions (excludes the Closing Party. Closing Party registration is $125 per attendee and is available to purchase during booth and attendee registration)
  • 8′ High Back Drape
  • 3′ High Side Rail Drape
  • (1) 6′ Skirted Table – Black Skirt
  • (2) Side Chairs
  • (1) Wastebasket
  • (1) 7″ x 44″ ID Sign


Note:
Additional items can be purchased through Tricord Services, using the exhibitor services kit. Carpeting is optional as the hotel ballrooms are carpeted. Ordering opens 90 days prior to the event.

    • Tuesday, February 25, 2025 | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • Wednesday, February 26, 2025 | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Move-Out: Wednesday, February 26, 2025 | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Registration Instructions

Please read these instructions thoroughly before beginning your registration. 

If you will be attending the conference, select the box labeled ‘Myself’. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, please select ‘Someone Else Under Their Email’. 

Select the appropriate booth option. Please note: associate memberships must be renewed/purchased in order to select the ‘Member Booth’ option. 

Enter the contact information and the information you would like shown in the Conference Program and on the mobile app. 

Make your exhibitor selections. Here, you will have the option to select your booth space from the map. 

Confirm your selections and submit your order. On the next page, you will have the option to enter your additional booth personnel. 

Select the red ‘Additional Attendee’ button. Enter this second person’s email address. Next, enter their contact information. Add their company name and title as it will appear on their badge. On the following page, select whether or not you would like to add the Closing Party for this person. Agree to the terms and confirm your selections. 

IMPORTANT: Only register your complimentary booth personnel here. Any additional attendees must be registered through the attendee portal, which can be found here: Conference Home Page. 

You will have the option to pay now with a credit card or send a check in the mail. Please note that checks must be received within 14 days of your registration to confirm your booth space. Checks should be made out and mailed to:

Upon checkout, you will be provided with a link to reserve a hotel room for your booth personnel. This is ONLY for those you have registered with your booth as it will link to their conference registration. All other attendees registered through the attendee portal will be directed to a personalized hotel link upon completion of their registration.
