CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All cancellation requests received on or before January 3, 2022 may be subject to a 20% cancellation and administration fee. Cancellations must be made in writing to American Pistachio Growers by midnight on January 3, 2022. Cancellation requests received after January 3, 2022 will be accepted as a withdrawal from the Exhibition and will NOT receive a refund.

EXHIBIT HOURS
Each exhibitor is required to keep at least one attendant in the booth during all show hours. The official show schedule is as follows:
Monday, February 28, 2022 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Tuesday, March 1, 2022 8:00 am to 2:30 pm
Wednesday, March 2, 2022 8:00 am to 2:00 pm

EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN
Monday, February 28, 2022 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Late move-in is not allowed. All exhibits must be set up by 4:30 pm for the opening night welcome reception.

EXHIBITOR MOVE-OUT
Wednesday, March 2, 2022 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm
The dismantling of an exhibit space before the conclusion of show hours on Wednesday, March 2nd, will result in the loss of early exhibitor registration for the following conference.

EXHIBIT SPACE WAIT LIST
Once exhibit space is sold out, American Pistachio Growers will begin an exhibitor waiting list. In order to be placed on the waitlist, you must be a member with dues paid in full. When and if space becomes available, American Pistachio Growers will assign exhibit spaces to the waitlisted exhibitor(s) in the order of exhibit space requests made.
