cancellation/Refund Policy

Please note that attendee registration for the Pistachio Industry Annual Conference is non-refundable after January 23, 2026. This policy is in place because final catering and event arrangements will be confirmed by that date, and we are unable to adjust our commitments after this deadline. 

Refund requests submitted before January 23, 2026, will be processed, but please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued.

Transfer Registration
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another individual. To request a transfer, please contact us at cgonzalez@americanpistachios.org by February 6, 2026.
