Secure Your Exhibit Booth or Sponsorship

Making your investment in the conference has never been easier.

  • Register through Cvent. Select your booth type or sponsorship.
  • Create Your Partner Portal Profile. Use the link provided on your registration confirmation page or in your confirmation email to create your profile. Once your selections have been confirmed by the event organizer, you will receive access to: select your booth space, register your  booth personnel, complete your program listing, upload logos and required assets, and more.
  • Please allow up to 2 hours for access to be granted. You will receive an email notification once your portal is ready.

FAQ's

Booth selection takes place inside the Partner Portal after APG activates your purchase. You’ll receive instructions via email.

Access is granted once your booth or sponsorship purchase is processed and activated in Cvent. Please allow up to 4 hours.

Personnel registration is completed inside the Partner Portal, not through attendee registration.

Yes, you will be able to purchase additional attendee tickets through the event. You will be able to register those attendees through the Partner Portal.

Yes. Printed advertising options are included in the prospectus with placements in the Conference Program and Annual Report.

As long as inventory is available, upgrades are welcomed. Premium assets often sell quickly, so early action is encouraged.
