Sponsorship Deadline. Unless otherwise noted, all sponsorships must be confirmed and paid in full by July 7, 2025 to be included in the printed program and onsite signage. Sponsorships secured after this date may not receive full promotional recognition.
Position your company at the center of the action with an exhibitor booth at Insights Day. We anticipate 600 attendees—including growers, processors, buyers, and key decision-makers from across the pistachio industry—this is a prime opportunity to make lasting connections and elevate your brand visibility.
Exhibit booths will be sold on a first come, first served basis and include:
- 8×8 pipe and drape booth, one table, and two chairs
- Two associate member passes
- Option to purchase electricity for an additional fee
Booths will be assigned by APG staff, you will be notified of your booth number once assigned.
This year, all exhibitor booths will be located in the Charter Oak Ballroom. This refreshed layout allows for improved traffic flow, expanded space, and greater visibility throughout the day—including during meals, networking breaks, and the cocktail reception.
How to Purchase Multiple Items at Once
Would you like to reserve an exhibit booth, purchase a program ad, and secure a sponsorship all in one transaction? Here’s how:
Start by selecting your first item under the appropriate tab (Exhibit Space, Program Advertising or Sponsorship).
Instead of clicking “Order Now,” at the bottom of the page, scroll up and move to the next tab and select your next item.
Repeat this process for all items you’d like to purchase.
Once all your selections are made, click “Order Now” and follow the steps to complete your checkout.
This allows you to complete everything in one streamlined transaction.
Cancellation Policy
Join us in supporting the AMOR Wellness Center’s Back-to-School Drive. This initiative helps ease the burden of the back-to-school season by providing students with backpacks, school supplies, and access to essential health services.
You can participate by:
- Bringing new school supplies with you to Insights Day
- Purchasing items from our Amazon Wish List and having them delivered directly to our office
