EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES

Position your company at the center of the action with an exhibitor booth at Insights Day. We anticipate 600 attendees—including growers, processors, buyers, and key decision-makers from across the pistachio industry—this is a prime opportunity to make lasting connections and elevate your brand visibility.

Exhibit booths will be sold on a first come, first served basis and include:

  • 8×8 pipe and drape booth, one table, and two chairs
  • Two associate member passes
  • Option to purchase electricity for an additional fee
 

Booths will be assigned by APG staff, you will be notified of your booth number once assigned.

This year, all exhibitor booths will be located in the Charter Oak Ballroom. This refreshed layout allows for improved traffic flow, expanded space, and greater visibility throughout the day—including during meals, networking breaks, and the cocktail reception.

How to Purchase Multiple Items at Once

Would you like to reserve an exhibit booth, purchase a program ad, and secure a sponsorship all in one transaction? Here’s how:

  1. Start by selecting your first item under the appropriate tab (Exhibit Space, Program Advertising or Sponsorship).

  2. Instead of clicking Order Now,” at the bottom of the page, scroll up and move to the next tab and select your next item.

  3. Repeat this process for all items you’d like to purchase.

  4. Once all your selections are made, click Order Now” and follow the steps to complete your checkout.

This allows you to complete everything in one streamlined transaction.

Cancellation Policy

Attendee & Booth Registration. The final day to cancel your registration and request a refund is July 3, 2025. This policy is in place because final catering and event arrangements will be confirmed by that date, and we are unable to adjust our commitments after this deadline.
