EXHIBIT BOOTHS FOR THE 2024 ANNUAL CONFERENCE ARE SOLD OUT!

Please read all information below before proceeding to book:

-If you do not have a booking code select “Continue” below “‘I Don’t Have a booking Code” (booking code is available once you have registered and need to make booth changes)

-Complete all required fields and forms

-Confirm selection and payment (credit card or pay later through APG invoice)

-You will receive a confirmation email detailing instructions for attendee information and discounted hotel registration.

Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor at the 2024 Pistachio Industry Annual Conference. American Pistachio Growers is proud to say this is the largest industry event focused solely on the cultivation, processing, and marketing of pistachios in the United States. 2024 is expected to be a record-breaking year for Annual Conference attendance, which means it is a perfect opportunity to exhibit your company, product, or service to over 1300 growers, processors, and shippers of pistachios.

Exhibit booths are available to American Pistachio Growers members only. If you wish to become an Associate (Industry) member, you can purchase an Annual Membership for $500 through the website by clicking here, or you will be billed after you purchase your booth. Associate Membership gives your company the opportunity to be listed in the APG Associate Member Directory, gain access to exclusive member opportunities, attend member events, and receive APG member communications.

Exhibitor registration for the 2024 Pistachio Industry Annual Conference opens on Monday, October 23, 2023. Booths will sell out fast, so don’t miss your opportunity to become an APG Member and exhibit to Annual Conference attendees. 2024 has a few special opportunities to boost exposure for Annual Conference exhibitors. The Conference will kick off with a Welcome Reception with food and a fully hosted bar. You can expect well over 1,000 attendees in the Serra and DeAnza Ballrooms for the Welcome Reception. Tuesday and Wednesday will feature a Fuel-Up Refreshment 30-minute break each morning that will take place in the Exhibit Halls.  Tuesday and Wednesday will feature attendee breakfasts and lunches served in both Exhibit Halls.  Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and exhibitor details are listed below:

  • Booth Pricing: $9,000 premium double booths (303, 419, 403 & 419 are noted on the Annual Conference Exhibitor Map available during registration and booth selection); $4,500 premium single booth (304-318 & 505-517) with the option to purchase two adjoining booths; $4,000 standard booth (all booths not highlighted) with the option to purchase two adjoining booths
  • APG membership is required for booth purchase (available online here, or you will be billed after purchase, then annually)
  • Booth sizes are 10’ wide x 8’ deep with a maximum of two booths per exhibitor.  Premium double booths (303, 319, 403 & 419) are 16′ wide x 10′ deep
  • Each booth includes two (2) attendee passes that have access to all meals and sessions (Excludes the Closing Party. Closing Party registration is $125 per attendee and is available during booth and attendee registration)
  • Additional attendee passes are $425
