- Standard Booth Space: $4,000
- Premium Booth Space: $4,500
Each 8′ x 10′ booth includes:
- (2) Attendee passes that have access to all meals and sessions (excludes the Closing Party. Closing Party registration is $150 per attendee and is available to purchase during booth and attendee registration)

Member-Exclusive Opportunity
Exhibiting is exclusive to companies with an active 2027 APG Associate Membership and eligible APG partner processors.
Associate Membership dues are $500 annually and can be purchased with your booth through Cvent or through the APG Associate Membership payment page. APG will verify membership after your booth purchase and before granting Partner Portal access.

Secure Your Exhibit Booth or Sponsorship
Making your investment in the conference has never been easier.
- Purchase through Cvent. Select your booth, sponsorship, or advertising opportunity.
- Create your Partner Portal profile. Follow the link on your registration confirmation page or in your confirmation email.
- Allow time for portal access. Please allow up to four business hours for APG to review your purchase and grant access. Purchases made outside normal business hours will be reviewed the next business day. You will receive an email notification when your portal is ready.
- Manage your participation. Use the portal to select your booth location, if applicable, register your team, complete your company listing, and upload logos and required materials.

Booth selection takes place inside the Partner Portal after APG activates your purchase. You’ll receive instructions via email.
Access is granted once your booth or sponsorship purchase is processed and activated in Cvent. Please allow up to 4 hours.
Personnel registration is completed inside the Partner Portal, not through attendee registration.

Yes, you will be able to purchase additional attendee tickets through the event. You will be able to register those attendees through the Partner Portal.

As long as inventory is available, upgrades are welcomed. Premium assets often sell quickly, so early action is encouraged.
